If properly diagnosed by a doctor, the next step may be to talk with a trained professional about any exercise restrictions and what exercise would target the area. Certain exercises can be beneficial, but should seek further professional help for the proper treatment and training, depending on the severity of the diastasis recti.

A very interesting read on the benefits of this wonder plant Turmeric and its included active molecule curcumin.

Good to know that, since Turmeric has many beneficial effects as proven by science, we need to be aware that this is not a be-all-end-all solution to everything. Great article!

Thank you for this very informative post. I guess instead of taking supplements for testosterone, it is better to increase it naturally as there are no side effects that we will regret later on.

This workout has definitely been a game changer for me. Not only have I gained strength, but my endurance has increased as well. I also agree it’s beneficial to do this with at least one other person, definitely helps you to push through the last few seconds when it really gets challenging. Thanks for sharing!

Good read on Turmeric Curcumin especially about the possible prevention of cancer It made me research Turmeric on my own and found that it may be helpful with diabetes although it has yet to be tested on humans. Still a lot of studies to be made as to the benefits but it sounds very promising.

Vaccines have it’s useful purposes but never to blanket the population not understanding the various outcomes depending on the individuals needs. Except to make tons of money quick. Children and adults are put at risk for the almighty dollar. Just ask Fauci.
